Charlotte Sims is a CPR and first aid trainer at Heart Restart, bringing frontline critical care nursing experience into practical, engaging emergency education. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, Charlotte has developed a strong understanding of emergency response, patient care, and the importance of acting quickly and confidently when situations become critical.

Through Heart Restart, Charlotte shares her clinical knowledge with individuals, families, and workplaces, helping participants develop the skills and confidence required to respond effectively during emergencies.

Clinical Experience & Education

Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the Australian Catholic University before continuing her professional development through a Postgraduate Certificate in Intensive Care Nursing at Deakin University.

Working within intensive care environments has provided Charlotte with extensive experience caring for patients during some of the most complex and challenging medical situations. This experience has strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and apply evidence-based approaches to patient care.

Charlotte brings this real-world clinical perspective into her CPR and first aid training, helping participants understand not only the practical skills involved in emergency response but also the importance of confidence, teamwork, and decision-making.
