About Heart Restart

Heart Restart was founded on the belief that life-saving skills should never be limited to healthcare professionals. Every parent, teacher, colleague and community member has the potential to save a life when equipped with the right knowledge, practical skills and confidence. Through engaging, evidence-based education delivered by experienced clinicians, we empower people to respond decisively when every second matters.

Our Vision

To create a future where every individual has the confidence and capability to respond in an emergency. We envision stronger, safer communities where life-saving knowledge is accessible to everyone, empowering ordinary people to make an extraordinary difference when it matters most.

Our Mission

Inspired by decades of frontline healthcare experience and a passion for education, Heart Restart exists to deliver practical, engaging and evidence-based CPR and first aid training. Our mission is to transform knowledge into confident action by making high-quality emergency education accessible to families, workplaces, schools and communities across Australia.

Our Commitment

Everything we do is guided by one simple promise: to provide practical, evidence-based education that empowers people to act confidently when every second counts.

We Promise to Teach, Not Lecture

Learning should be interactive, engaging and practical. We encourage questions, discussion and hands-on participation so every learner leaves with genuine confidence—not simply a certificate.

We Promise to Deliver Evidence-Based Training

Every course reflects the latest Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and current clinical best practice. We continually update our programs to ensure participants receive the most accurate and relevant education available.

We Promise to Build Real Confidence

Through realistic simulation-based learning and guided practical experience, we help participants remain calm, think clearly and respond confidently during real emergencies.

We Promise to Put People First

Whether you're a first-time parent, educator, workplace team member or healthcare professional, every course is delivered in a welcoming environment where people feel supported, respected and empowered to learn.
